Own it, don’t rent it

One system, built for your business — no subscriptions, no per-seat fees.

Instead of paying every month for a complex ERP full of features you will never use, this platform is built specifically for your business and the way it actually runs. We include what matters to you and leave out what does not — so the system stays lean, genuinely useful, and easy to own.

  • Built for you alone

Custom-built around your business and no one else’s — we include the things that bring value and remove the ones that do not.

  • Yours once purchased

No yearly subscription and no forced software updates. You buy it once and the system is yours and yours alone.

  • Unlimited users, no per-seat cost

Add as many users as you like at no additional cost. You are never charged more for growing your team.

  • Replaces the software you rent

Consolidate the complex, expensive subscription tools you pay for today into one platform you own outright.

Investment

A one-time perpetual license you own outright — no yearly subscription and no forced updates. Founding Customer pricing is available now for a limited number of manufacturers. See live pricing and the full platform on the Olmem ERP page.

Optional maintenance

Prefer not to host it on your own servers? We offer optional support and maintenance — a rolling agreement where we host and keep the platform running for you. Support is always optional; the ERP keeps working without it.

Overview

Built for small-to-midsized manufacturers who need connected operations — maintenance, employees, assets, work orders, and labor — without the cost and complexity of a full enterprise ERP. A clean, layered C# / .NET build with a WPF desktop client for local use and an optional multi-user API, plus a Python analytics backend for live reporting.

Problem

Smaller manufacturers run operations across spreadsheets and disconnected tools, with no single source of truth for assets, work orders, labor, or who did what and when — while enterprise ERP is too expensive and too complex to adopt.

Solution

An end-to-end, audited maintenance workflow: register an asset, create → approve → schedule → assign a work order, the technician records labor from a My Work queue, and a supervisor closes it — with full status and labor history and a complete audit trail. It runs locally on SQLite or multi-user against a central PostgreSQL API, with role-based permissions and facility scoping throughout.

Result

One audited system of record for operations — work orders, labor, assets, and access control — with practical reporting, owned outright and deployable either local or multi-user. Try the live demo to walk the modules with sample manufacturing data.
